We started buying properties in the smoky mountains from out of state as personal investments. Meet The Founder

Originally from France, Jean-Baptiste has been living in the US for the past 15 years. He started his real estate journey through the sale and management of shopping centers before discovering the smokies and the short term rental world. He now owns and manages a growing portfolio of cabins in the smoky mountains.
